Silicone Binaural Ears - For Binaural Dummy-Head 3D Audio Recording

The shapes of the ears used are critical in properly “encoding” the incoming sounds with 3D binaural directional information. See my Binaural Dummy-Head Tutorial to build your own binaural dummy-head. It’s an easy and inexpensive way to get up and running to capture your own binaural recordings.

What is Binaural Audio?

Binaural audio recording is the art of capturing sound the same way our real ears hear it. The best way to do that is to use either your own ears with microphones mounted inside the canals, OR, you can use a binaural dummy head ------>
